About the App

GeoShape Explorer is an educational geometry app for iPhone and iPad. It helps users explore solid shapes through interactive 3D models, rotation, zooming, camera presets, dimension controls, edge lines, annotations, formulas, and surface net unfolding.

Common Questions

• The 3D model is hard to see. Try enabling edge lines, resetting the view, or switching to a front, top, side, or isometric camera preset.
• The model is rotating automatically. Turn off automatic rotation from the scene controls if you want to inspect a shape manually.
• The shape looks too transparent or too solid. Adjust display preferences in Settings, including face opacity and solid face color mode.
• The surface net animation is not at the expected position. Use the surface net controls to replay the unfolding animation or return to the solid shape.
• Learning progress looks incorrect. Progress is stored locally on the device. Reinstalling the app or resetting app data may remove local progress.

Troubleshooting

1. Make sure your device is running iOS or iPadOS 16.0 or later.
2. Close and reopen the app.
3. Try resetting the 3D view from the scene controls.
4. Check whether display preferences in Settings changed the default view style.
5. If the issue continues, contact support using the email link on this page.
